ARIEL Chardonnay is cold-fermented in stainless steel cooperage and small oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, it is blended before undergoing further aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed, leaving just rich Chardonnay flavor and character. 
Composition: 93% Chardonnay, 5% White Riesling, and 2% Sauvignon Blanc.
