From mountain viticulture to Langhe Valley, this course will explore a revolutionary Piemontese white varietal to a certified organic and biodynamic rose' from surrounding appellation of Abruzzo . The course will also explore prestigious Veneto, a rich wine-making region. 

Each pour will be expertly paired with homemade Italian bites.
