On the nose, a deep aroma of toasted oak and rich vanilla layered with aged leather and soft caramel. Hints of baking spice and dried fruit emerge as it opens. On the palate, robust and mature, this bourbon unfolds with bold, charred oak, brown sugar and dark caramel. Mid-palate reveals subtle cherry and dried apricot, with a whisper of black pepper and toasted pecan. The finish is long and warming with lingering notes of char, vanilla bean and a touch of smoke wrapped in smooth sweetness.
