Chateau Musar Rose - 2020 (750ml)

Not produced every year, but when it is, we sell out very quickly. Essentially Chateau Blanc with a little percentage of Cinsault blended in. A truly age worthy rosé. Blended in concreted before fermentation and then finished in older French oak. Tangerine, rose water, minerality.

"In its youth, this rosé exhibits a well-balanced and velvety texture, with inviting aromas and flavors of peach, ripe strawberries, and bright citrus notes of mandarin and caramelized orange, complemented by hints of vanilla spice. As it matures in the bottle, the wine's aromatic complexity, flavor profile, and color will continue to evolve, deepening its character. This is a dry rosé with vibrant acidity, a smooth, lingering finish, and layers of fruit and floral nuances. Best enjoyed lightly chilled, it serves as an elegant aperitif with canapés or pairs beautifully with salmon, shellfish, and grilled meats."
