We've recently landed a number of private collections with a wide range of older Australian wines, from the heyday of the era. Elegant, balanced, clean and capable of age, these darlings were cursed by their own success.  Chasing bigger scores by Robert Parker and other critics, the wines kept getting bigger and richer until the wines were discovered to be out of balance.
