Rich, and enticing. Flavors of Lush plumbs, and blackberry cobbler. The finish is long, and juicy.

The fruit was de-stemmed and gently pressed. The juice was cold settled for 72 hours, after which the clear juice was racked off, followed by a long cool fermentation in stainless steel to capture and enhance the pure fruit flavours. The individual parcels were fermented separately using selected yeasts before they were bottled.

    Delicious and a good value

    Surprisingly pleasant - it can be a bit fruit forward, but with what I think of as mature elements.

    It seems like quite a deal when not preferring a a more dry (maybe oaky) approach. It works well with many foods in my experience.

    I think it's definitely not one of the (IMHO) overly fruity wines in a similar price range. Folks I've shared it with also agree.
