The 2021 Pinot Noir Winery Hill Vineyard was matured for 16 months in 60% new oak and opens with wafts of brown sugar and spice before revealing deeper scents of cranberry, mushroom and wild fennel. The 2021 Pinot Noir Winery Hill Vineyard is distinctly floral as a burst of dusty rose and wilted violet gives way to hints of cola and crushed wild berries. Soothingly round and supple, this impresses with its purity of fruit and perfumed personality as silky red and blue fruits wash across the palate.
