In the case of Fruit Lambics, whole fruits are traditionally added after spontaneous fermentation has started. Kriek (cherries), Frambroise (raspberries), Piche (peach) and Cassis (black currant) are common fruits, all producing subtle to intense fruit characters with a light tart finish.
