Hand-selected for Schneider’s, this single barrel sour mash was distilled on site in Owensboro, Kentucky, aged at least five years in Green River’s historic warehouses, and bottled at full proof for maximum character.

Tasting Notes:
Delightfully spicy with notes of cracked pepper, baking spice, caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, finishing long and warm.
