Tasting Notes: The nose is classic and sweet bourbon fare: caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, and citrus with a subtle floral characteristic at the end.

The palate is perfumed uniquely, initially giving sake vibes yet carries familiar raspberry, raisin, and dried cherry notes saturating. Think of this like a perfect oatmeal raisin cookie mixed with a Biscoff cookie. Interesting spices are here as well, but they never overshadow the sweetness. Chai spices, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, pepper.
