Made with cherry blossoms, three types of citrus peel, rosemary, and a bit of pepper, Green Hat's spring/summer seasonal gin offers up aromas of fresh citrus and flowers in abundance. This is distinctly different from their more herbal signature gin, it's also slightly higher alcohol, at 90 proof, as opposed to 83 proof.
