Many factors will play a role in establishing a fair market price: current market conditions, the condition of individual wines and provenance will be taken into account. As soon as we receive your list (Excel preferred), we will immediately start to evaluate your collection and will work to get you an estimate as quickly as possible. All inquiries will receive email confirmation of receipt within 48 hours. Please include: Producer Name, Any Special Designations/Vineyard Sites, Vintage, Bottle Size, Number of Bottles and Bottle Condition.

Once an offer is accepted, your collection can be brought to the store to be verified or we can arrange to have it shipped to us. We can take care of all aspects of the shipping, from providing packaging material, as well as shipping labels and helping set up collection and delivery from door to door. Once everything is verified, we will arrange for payment. In the occurrence that something does not meet our standards or something was improperly inventoried, we will contact you in order to settle any differences.
