RETURNS
At Schneider’s your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to
delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within
14 days of receiving your order. We would like the opportunity to correct the
situation. Following wine-trade traditions, all bottles ten years or older are
purchased at the buyer's risk.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Schneider’s. However, in the
event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 14
days of your purchase date. We may require you to return any unopened
bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once
contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund
or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
NON-DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of non-damaged products. If you have questions regarding whether a particular item will suit
your taste or needs please contact us before ordering. We will do everything possible to make sure that you will be satisfied with
your purchase.
INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPING
If Schneider’s ships a product other than the product ordered we will issue a
call ticket and have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will
have the choice of receiving the correct product or receiving a full refund
including shipping charges. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days.
